Fun with Data

Your Data.Your Story.

Export data from apps you already use, build real Tableau visualizations, and discover patterns in your own digital life.

Part 1 - Pick One Data Source

Choose one (or combine two). You need at least 50 records for meaningful graphs - 25 is acceptable but not ideal. If you're short on records, Redfin is the easiest fallback: just favorite 50 houses in a focused category.

Data Sources - Part 1

Spotify methods are featured - but any source below works.

What to Turn In

⚠️ This is not a project assignment. Create a fresh new Tableau file - do not reuse an existing project workbook.
  • 🎨Tableau .twbx file
  • 📊Raw data file (CSV, JSON, XLS, XLSX, or TXT)
  • 🔍Extract your data before submitting so the .twbx is self-contained. Extract data instructions
